We care about your experience with Missionhappylife which is why we offer free returns within 30 days of your purchase date. Product must be unworn, unused, and undamaged for a full refund and/or exchange. While most of our products are eligible to be returned and/or exchanged, the following items are marked as final sale:

How Do I Return My Items?
Just head over to our Return Center here to get started.
Enter your email or order number to begin the process. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions and a pre-paid shipping label to return your items back to Missionhappylife HQ. You will also instantly receive a store credit coupon code equivalent to the amount of the items being returned. You can go shopping right away for new items if you’d like!
Any amount you don’t use will be credited back to your original payment method once we receive your items. If you spend more than the value of the coupon code, you will proceed through our standard checkout process to pay your final balance.
Please note all international orders are final sale.

How Soon Will I Get My Refund?
Once we have received and inspected your items you will get your refund within 2 – 5 business days. If you have additional questions regarding a refund, feel free to contact us here.
Can I Return a Gift?
Yes! If you received a Missionhappylife product as a gift and wish to exchange it for a different size and/or color, please visit our return center here. You can send your unwanted items back to Missionhappylife and receive store credit to pick out something new. Don’t worry, the gift giver will not be notified. While most of our products are eligible to be returned and/or exchanged, the following items are marked as final sale:

What If My Items Arrived Damaged or I Received the Wrong Item?
If your items arrived damaged or you received an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support Team here. You do not need to initiate a return in the Returns Center for the damaged or incorrect items.
