Can I Cancel/Modify My Order or Change My Address?
How To Cancel An Order:
To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support Team here as soon as possible and we will try our best to cancel it before it ships out. Be sure to select Cancellation as your topic.
Please note that if your order has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order until it is returned to Missionhappylife HQ. You may also visit our Return Center to initiate a return and/or exchange.
How To Modify An Order or Request Address Change:
Once an order is placed, we will not be able to modify it. You will need to contact our Customer Support Team here. Be sure to select the Address or Order Change topic if you wish to cancel the current order and complete a new order with the necessary change.
Keep in mind that a shipment cannot be canceled once it leaves our warehouse.

Why Haven’t I Received My Confirmation Email?
If you placed an order and have not received your confirmation email, there’s a chance it could have ended up in your spam folder. If the email did, in fact, end up in your spam folder, make sure to mark it as ‘not spam’ in order to receive future order updates.

What Forms of Payment Does Missionhappylife.com Accept?

Why Was My Credit Card Declined?
Typically, when a transaction is declined, it’s because the billing address provided did not match the billing address of the payment method being used. Other common issues are zip codes, expiration dates and CCV/security codes. Please make sure that the payment information entered at check out matches the information associated with the payment method being used.
When a card is declined on our end, a pending charge might appear in the customer’s online bank account. Don’t worry, these charges usually do not go through, and the funds will be returned to the account at the banks discretion.

What Is Your Return Policy?
We care about your experience with Missionhappylife which is why we offer free returns within 30 days of your purchase date. Product must be unworn, unused, and undamaged for a full refund and/or exchange. While most of our products are eligible to be returned and/or exchanged, the following items are marked as final sale:

Special release pairs
Collaboration pairs
Items from Buy One Get One Sale & Buy Two Get One Sale
Free Mystery pairs during promotion
Items marked as final sale

How Do I Return My Items?
Just head over to our Return Center here to get started.
Enter your email or order number to begin the process. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions and a pre-paid shipping label to return your items back to Missionhappylife HQ. You will also instantly receive a store credit coupon code equivalent to the amount of the items being returned. You can go shopping right away for new items if you’d like!
Any amount you don’t use will be credited back to your original payment method once we receive your items. If you spend more than the value of the coupon code, you will proceed through our standard checkout process to pay your final balance.
Please note all international orders are final sale.

How Soon Will I Get My Refund?
Once we have received and inspected your items you will get your refund within 2 – 5 business days. If you have additional questions regarding a refund, feel free to contact us here.

Can I Return a Gift?
Yes! If you received a Missionhappylife product as a gift and wish to exchange it for a different size and/or color, please visit our return center here. You can send your unwanted items back to Missionhappylife and receive store credit to pick out something new. Don’t worry, the gift giver will not be notified. While most of our products are eligible to be returned and/or exchanged, the following items are marked as final sale:

What If My Items Arrived Damaged or I Received the Wrong Item?
If your items arrived damaged or you received an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support Team here. You do not need to initiate a return in the Returns Center for the damaged or incorrect items.

How Long Will It Take for My Order to Ship? (Domestic)
Most standard orders ship within a few business days. However, please allow up to 12 business days for Custom glasses to leave our warehouse.
Expect additional processing time during promotions, special releases, holidays, and sales.
We ship Monday – Friday from San Diego, CA with the exception of Holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link when your order ships.
Delivery times vary depending on carrier. During our busiest times of the year (Spring, Summer, Holidays) it may take longer for your order to arrive.
USPS

  • USPS First Class Mail: Arrives about 5 – 7 business days from ship date
  • USPS Priority Mail: Arrives about 3 – 5 business days from ship date. Orders placed by 10 AM PT ship out the same day
    UPS
  • UPS Ground: Arrives about 5 – 7 business days from ship date. Orders placed by 12 PM PT ship out the same day
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: Arrives 2 business days from ship date. Orders placed by 12 PM PT ship out the same day
  • UPS Next Day Air: Arrives 1 business day from ship date. Orders placed by 12 PM PT ship out the same day
    In some instances, and when certain conditions are met, we may offer free 3-day shipping with USPS. In these cases, orders will be delivered within 3 business days from when they are shipped from Missionhappylife warehouse.

Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we do!
International mail arrives about 3 – 4 weeks from ship date.
Customers are responsible for any international customs duty fees and taxes that may be incurred during the shipping process.
Please be aware of any conversion rate charges that your financial institution may charge if purchasing from outside the US.
Invoices and customs forms cannot be edited to reflect a different amount than what was paid or edited to reflect a different declaration.
Unfortunately, the international customs process takes some time when shipping to a foreign country. We ask for your patience during this process.

How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order departs our shipping facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes the tracking information associated with your order.
Additionally, you can:
Track your order online here. You’ll need your email address as well as your order number and/or tracking number.
Log into your Missionhappylife Account to view your order and tracking information.
If you’re unable to track your order through the methods listed above, please contact us here and we’ll get back to you shortly. Be sure to provide your order number and the email address associated with the purchase.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to become available online.

Can I Update My Shipping Address?
Once your order is placed, we can’t guarantee the change can be made. Please contact our Customer Support Team here right away. Be sure to select the Address or Order Change topic when messaging us and we’ll do our best to make the change before the package ships.
Unfortunately, once a package departs our warehouse, we are unable to modify a shipping address.

What Are Your Shipping Charges?
Shipping rates depend on weight and shipping destination. We offer $5 flat rate shipping on domestic and international orders. Once you reach the checkout page, you’re able to enter the shipping destination and see additional shipping methods and their rates. As always, all domestic and international orders over $40 ship for free (standard shipping).
